On April 24th, 2025, P-Agro Minerals had the incredible opportunity to co-host Prime Minister Evika Siliņa during her visit to deep-tech, women-led startup companies—including P-Agro Minerals, ALINA SIA, and Smart Indicators. It was a pleasure to meet and engage with inspiring leaders such as Solvita Kostjukova, Rūta Ozola-Davidāne, Annija Emersone, Jūlija Karasa, and Sandija Ozoliņa-Grineviča. 💫
The visit sparked dynamic conversations about how science can be translated into real-world applications—and what’s still needed for academia and industry to collaborate more effectively. 🧪
More importantly, the discussions delved into the vital role of women in technology: building innovations, advancing in their careers, and leading with purpose. Strengthening gender equality was highlighted as a key to building stronger teams and encouraging more women to aspire to leadership roles.
